I am seeking an Onsite IT Engineer (12 months fixed-term contract) for an IT recycling business based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will travel across the UK to deliver, install, and decommission IT equipment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up desks, including cable management, testing, and app downloads
• Rebuild and install furniture and IT equipment, including cable management and testing
• Set up and operate a Tech Bar at customer sites, providing basic assistance, scheduling, and IT exchanges
• Manage print services, including configuration and safe installation at customer sites
• Strip assets down to component level
• Asset management
• Destroy data-bearing components securely
• Operate shredders
• Communicate effectively with project and line managers regarding onsite progress
• Escalate issues or concerns promptly
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
