In this role, you will work with a set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or supporting their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing guidance to help them make informed long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in different environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to deliver tasks within deadlines.
• Work in line with best practices.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Microsoft Technologies, with essential knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud.
• Intermediate to advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365/Office 365, Hyper-V, and other virtualization platforms.
• Experience setting up and supporting on-premise server hardware and software, including Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup solutions, and networking.
