Job Opportunity: E-Commerce Marketing Manager

We are seeking a passionate individual interested in health & fitness or endurance sports to join a fast-growing business specializing in vitamins and supplements for professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The shared passion for health is a core part of our culture, motivating our team of 40 members.

This company, three years old and part of a larger business, has experienced rapid growth and aims to double its turnover next year by focusing more on D2C channels. The role of E-Commerce Marketing Manager involves executing strategies and managing external agencies across SEO, Amazon, PPC, and Paid Media, with a focus on implementation rather than strategy setting.

The package offers a starting salary of £40-£50K, with potential earnings up to 100% bonus and other benefits, making this a potential six-figure opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage external agencies for Meta and Google paid media campaigns.
2. Oversee Email and CRM strategies with agency support.
3. Lead Amazon growth strategies via agency management.
4. Drive revenue and traffic across all D2C channels.
5. Coordinate ad creative, landing pages, CRO, and Shopify enhancements.
6. Own and implement SEO strategies.
7. Collaborate with teams to create targeted content and assets.
8. Monitor KPIs, analyze campaigns, and recommend improvements.
9. Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
10. Handle Shopify technical aspects, including product listings and APIs.
11. Oversee affiliates, subscriptions, loyalty programs, reviews, and discounts.
