Position title: eCommerce Marketing Manager (O&R)

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Job summary

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will influence, strengthen, and manage the relationship with Amazon and internal business partners. Your focus will be on identifying ways to drive consumer consumption of Outdoor & Recreation brands like Coleman, Contigo, Marmot, and others. You will help develop policies and practices to succeed in ecommerce while collaborating with brand leaders and internal & external partners on programs and initiatives.

You will work independently as part of the EMEA eCommerce team, which serves as the Center of Excellence for the region.

We will support your development through regular feedback and online training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the EMEA Amazon Outdoor & Recreation strategy to drive consumer consumption by establishing principles & best practices for product selection, marketing & media activation, and promotional investments.
  2. Co-own the P&L with sales & operations to ensure sustainable growth via Amazon EMEA.
  3. Align with internal business leaders within and outside of ecommerce on growth ambitions and investments for Amazon EMEA O&R.
  4. Collaborate with brand marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive programs across channels.
  5. Develop long-term growth strategies and portfolio selection using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  6. Maximize ROI by managing media budgets and implementing search strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Oversee content development, KPI reporting, and explore new Amazon market opportunities.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
  • Proven experience in direct and hands-on Ecommerce, preferably with Amazon.
  • University degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost estimation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic experience aimed at increasing Ecommerce revenue.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing online marketing tactics for high ROI.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proven leadership with a track record of achievements.
