Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Hours: Flexible working hours with shorter core hours on Fridays

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About My Client:

My client is an innovative leader in the tech industry, with a multi-award-winning risk-based vulnerability management (RBVM) and network exposure management software used by elite cyber teams for over a decade to safeguard critical infrastructure.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B tech marketing. You will be proactive in researching and developing digital campaign ideas and keeping abreast of market trends and industry news.

Key to this role is turning research into actionable plans. You'll have a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and improve continuously. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and systematic, experienced in managing digital tech stacks and automation tools, and collaborative with content, sales, and product teams to achieve business outcomes.

They will have excellent attention to detail, be thorough, calm, level-headed, objective, resilient, and persuasive when necessary.

Experience working with a content marketing team to optimize campaigns in marketing automation systems like HubSpot is essential.

Who we're looking for:

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to design, manage, and deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that increases marketing-qualified leads using analytics and benchmarks.

The role involves shaping user journeys, delivering on GTM plans, developing the online user experience, analyzing customer movement through the digital funnel, and managing the digital team.

You will use insights to understand the target audience (both online and offline), think creatively, and optimize the website for users and search engines. Ownership of the website's data architecture and ongoing development management are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital marketing strategy to increase leads and brand visibility
  • Optimize user journeys and website architecture for engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams
  • Manage and develop the Digital Marketing team
  • Drive SEO and PPC strategies
  • Research and implement new digital campaign ideas
  • Analyze digital funnel performance and optimize for lead generation
  • Own and manage website data architecture and development
Non-Negotiables:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, and HubSpot
  • Proven B2B tech marketing experience
  • Ability to craft strategic plans and turn insights into action
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity industry
  • Familiarity with managing digital tech stacks and automation tools
  • Knowledge of website optimization for UX and SEO
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills
