We are looking for someone with experience in B2B tech marketing. You will be proactive in researching and developing digital campaign ideas and keeping abreast of market trends and industry news.
Key to this role is turning research into actionable plans. You'll have a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and improve continuously. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and systematic, experienced in managing digital tech stacks and automation tools, and collaborative with content, sales, and product teams to achieve business outcomes.
They will have excellent attention to detail, be thorough, calm, level-headed, objective, resilient, and persuasive when necessary.
Experience working with a content marketing team to optimize campaigns in marketing automation systems like HubSpot is essential.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to design, manage, and deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that increases marketing-qualified leads using analytics and benchmarks.
The role involves shaping user journeys, delivering on GTM plans, developing the online user experience, analyzing customer movement through the digital funnel, and managing the digital team.
You will use insights to understand the target audience (both online and offline), think creatively, and optimize the website for users and search engines. Ownership of the website's data architecture and ongoing development management are also key responsibilities.
