Backed by a founder-led team and driving the fastest-growing natural energy drink in the UK - they are redefining the market with innovative marketing, a dynamic brand and a strong community.

We are partnered with them to source an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling their digital presence. You will take charge of optimising their DTC and Amazon stores, drive impactful digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with agencies and partners to supercharge online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimise the DTC Shopify store, ensuring an excellent customer journey and improving conversion rates and performance.
  • Manage Amazon sales, including the Brand Store, product pages, SEO, and Amazon Ads.
  • Support key retail partners by optimising content and managing digital marketing activities on their platforms. Key retailers include Ocado and Holland and Barrett.
  • Drive traffic and sales through paid media (Google Ads, Paid Social, etc.) and owned media (Email, Content Marketing), including agency management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing/ecommerce role.
  • FMCG/challenger brand experience strongly desirable.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing & E-commerce – Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Email Marketing.
