We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our IHM service in Gloucestershire. We seek an individual capable of motivating a team, demonstrating flexibility, possessing excellent communication skills, and enhancing our service delivery.

As a Service Coordinator, you will manage a team of Support Workers, ensuring positive outcomes for clients, and develop strong partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region.

We look for someone who can embed our ethos and values into practice and support individuals to achieve their aspirations and independence.
