Employment Details

Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Cotswolds

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday, 5 days a week

Support out-of-hours service on a rolling rota, providing emergency assistance to guests. Flat-rate retainer of £25 per evening (£40 on Sundays), with additional overtime pay for calls handled.

Role Responsibilities

The Property Management Service ensures smooth operations. Coordinators handle a mix of field and office work, including:

  • Coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and contractors
  • Providing timelines for property readiness
  • Meeting suppliers, homeowners, assisting guests, and conducting property checks
  • Proactive property inspections and feedback
  • Handling complaints and feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative updates
  • Supporting guests before, during, and after stays
  • Participating in out-of-hours emergency support, paid as overtime with retainer
Candidate Profile
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, with customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and high standards in administration
  • Resilient, capable of resolving challenges positively
  • Attention to detail, effective communication, and expectation management
  • Hands-on attitude, willing to undertake varied tasks
  • Experience in property letting, housing, estate agency, or travel industry is a plus
