Description & Requirements

The Key Account Manager will collaborate with Forvis Mazars Global Business Leaders within the Forvis Mazars Global network to support business development and strategic account management across Financial Services accounts. This role involves coordinating with global leaders on key accounts, pursuing global opportunities, and implementing processes to optimize network efficiency.

How You Will Contribute:
Network Operations
  • Develop formal key account management processes supporting the global network, service lines, and industry committees
  • Coordinate with global leaders to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Assist in creating a strategic plan for the key account portfolio
Account Management
  • Work with account teams to develop and track growth strategies
  • Conduct research on key accounts' strategic priorities
  • Build account strategies with relationship mapping
  • Facilitate meetings and coordinate business development activities
  • Prepare presentations and dashboards for internal meetings
  • Identify resources and thought leadership for key accounts
  • Manage follow-up actions post meetings
Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on account performance using dashboards
  • Update CRM pipeline opportunities
  • Support pipeline and sales reporting
  • Conduct research for large opportunities
  • Maintain a library of proposals and credentials
  • Collaborate on proposal development and debriefs
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in account management or business development support
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of the professional services industry, especially in accounting or consulting
  • Ability to coordinate globally and work collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment
