Job Description:

Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing disaggregated operations by providing software tools and insights to individuals in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Our products include Farsight, a 3D modeling and mission planning tool, as well as Identifi, which enables secure and rapid biometric enrollment and matching against authoritative databases at the tactical edge. Reveal is deeply committed to supporting defense, security, and public safety missions. We're growing our team to meet expanding demands and opportunities globally.

Our team has deep experience in 3D visualization, photogrammetry, applied machine learning, computer vision, and autonomy. You will be working collaboratively with all teams in Reveal to define and execute the technical roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and our future products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand market presence in target regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government contracts, defense procurement programs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with defense agencies, military organizations, contractors, and government officials.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in international defense markets.
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments, including EAR, and other export compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, legal, and operations, to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and credibility in the global defense sector.
  • Monitor geopolitical and economic developments that may impact international business operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in International sales. Candidates with relevant military experience working with multiple international partners in Special Operations are highly valued.
  • A semi-technical background or exposure to modern UAS systems and defense market trends.
  • Preference for candidates located in the UK with an extensive international network. US and EU-based applicants may be considered based on experience and network.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently following strategic outlines with minimal oversight.
  • Creativity in business strategy and aligning opportunities with company objectives and products.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills with a drive to develop new customers in untapped or underserved markets.

Nice to Have:

  • Military experience, especially in Special Operations.
  • Knowledge of the defense acquisition process and cycle.

Compensation:

  • Salary (£60,000 - £90,000) + Equity + Commission
  • Salary depends on experience, skills, and market factors.
