The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Contractor Care team at our Salford HQ. This team plays a key role within our contractor payroll department, supporting the thousands of contractors we have working on client sites.
In this fast-paced position, you'll handle a high volume of calls and emails, resolving queries related to weekly payments — including pay values, tax, and deductions. You’ll be the first point of contact for our contractors, so strong communication skills, a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to build rapport are essential.
We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, can resolve issues efficiently, and consistently reflects our company values in every interaction. Experience in a call centre, customer service, or payroll environment would be highly beneficial.
