Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist proficient in OPERA (PMS System). As a key part of our guest experience, you will be the first impression visitors have of our hotels. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out, ensuring guest satisfaction through warm, friendly interactions and anticipation of their needs.
You will represent our hotel professionally, maintaining a welcoming environment at the reception area, and assist guests with hotel services and local area information.
