Front Desk Receptionist - (Opera PMS Essential)

Imperial London Hotels Group, based in the Royal National Hotel, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.

Position Details:

  • 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days on a rota)
  • Salary: £25,856.00 + Benefits

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist proficient in OPERA (PMS System). As a key part of our guest experience, you will be the first impression visitors have of our hotels. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out, ensuring guest satisfaction through warm, friendly interactions and anticipation of their needs.

You will represent our hotel professionally, maintaining a welcoming environment at the reception area, and assist guests with hotel services and local area information.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential: Working knowledge of Opera PMS system.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
  • Good spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Confident, engaging personality with rapport-building skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to resolve guest issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
