Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Restaurant Receptionist.

As a Restaurant Receptionist, you must be passionate about delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone. This role requires providing a warm and friendly greeting service and taking reservations for the Michelin Star Ritz Restaurant. You must be fully knowledgeable of all menus within the Restaurant and other Food & Beverage and Hotel Outlets. Our Restaurant Receptionists are encouraged to up-sell rooms and cross-sell to our Food & Beverage Outlets.

Entry Requirements

• Strong administrative skills and computer knowledge
• Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property
• Awareness of luxury service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
