• Starting salary of £25,500.00 per year based on full-time.

• An increase to £27,000.00 based on full-time when the Reception Manager training is complete.

• A monthly and quarterly bonus scheme based on retail spend targets and customer service performance.

Meet the Reception Team

Our Reception team is the heartbeat of Gymbox, delivering energetic and friendly service that keeps members coming back. Whether early mornings or late nights, our team excels in creating a lively atmosphere and inspiring members.

As Member Experience Lead, you will:

  • Help develop and motivate the Member Experience team
  • Provide excellent customer service consistently
  • Maintain high standards and member satisfaction
  • Manage reception systems and processes
  • Drive retail sales and achieve targets
  • Represent Gymbox as an ambassador

What we’re looking for

Leadership experience, organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure are important. Good communication, punctuality, team ethic, positivity, and a willingness to learn are essential. No extensive experience is required as training is provided. You must be available to work the following shifts:

  • EARLY: 5:30 – 14:30
  • MIDDLE: 11:00 – 20:00
  • LATE: 14:15 – 23:15
