What You'll Be Owning

1. Website Strategy & Design: Lead in maintaining, updating, and enhancing our WordPress site using Elementor—focusing on conversions, not just aesthetics.
2. Creative Copywriting: Develop engaging content from landing pages to micro-copy and SEO-optimized blogs, bringing our voice to life.
3. Organic Growth Engine: Build and manage our inbound organic strategy, balancing creativity with performance to attract the right audience.
4. SEO Power Moves: Use SEO strategically as a growth lever, not just a checklist.
5. Creative Initiatives: Launch innovative ideas to increase awareness and signups.
6. Brand Ownership: Help shape our brand's look, sound, and feel—maintaining consistency while exploring new angles.
7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the glue between design, product, and content teams, ensuring ideas come to life and nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

1. Experience in creative marketing, web design, SEO, and organic growth, preferably in SaaS, agency, or both.
2. Proficiency with Elementor and WordPress.
3. Strong copywriting skills—clear, creative, human.
4. Understanding of SEO, from on-page optimization to link-building.
5. Startup mindset: scrappy, fast-moving, resourceful.
6. Aiming for big impact—seeking 1,000% growth opportunities.
7. Agency, design, or creative studio background is a bonus.
