THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to develop and execute a sustainable strategy for growth from existing and new clients where extensive opportunities exist. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building and communication skills, adept at identifying new opportunities within existing clients, capable of securing these opportunities, and briefing the in-house teams to deliver the services.

You will be responsible for four major clients where significant growth opportunities exist. Your role will involve building trust and confidence with decision-makers in these organizations, elevating the agency's profile to create new business and revenue opportunities through new projects and service offerings.
