We’ve partnered with a rapidly expanding D2C start-up that offers a diverse range of sustainably sourced and eco-friendly products on a subscription model. As part of their ambitious growth strategy, they’re seeking a Growth Lead to work directly with the Senior Leadership Team.

What you'll be doing:-

This is an exciting opportunity which will see the successful candidate oversee all growth channels, with full responsibility for both performance and budget management.

Other duties and responsibilities include:-

• Create and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition through various digital channels, including paid media, organic growth, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.
• Optimise campaigns across all growth channels, including paid social, search, SEO, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and testing in order to identify new growth opportunities.
• Working closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and target setting.
• Leading and managing a lean but high performing team.
• Regularly using a host of analytical tools to measure and report performance Vs target.
• Work closely with the wider brand and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment across all channels.

What we are looking for:-

• You need to have a minimum 5+ years in a growth role within either a D2C or an ecommerce brand.
• Prior exposure to a dynamic and fast paced start-up environment would be preference.
• You need to be happy devising a strategy from up high but also be prepared to execute "in the weeds" as and when is needed.
• You are obsessed with data and reporting and are used to using a host of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Exposure to and familiarity with SQL would be a plus.
• You are happy with and excel in leading high performing teams.
