Job Description

We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to join a country wide Automotive Company. They are offering a basic salary up to £32,500 plus commission and a company car. This is a field-based role, focused on bringing in new clients to the business, then continuing to nurture them. You’ll spend most of your time visiting and meeting with senior team members within Car Dealerships, across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas.

The role of Field Sales Manager involves:

• Arranging and attending appointments with Business Managers.
• Conducting demonstrations and presentations to new and existing clients.
• Managing the client growth across your region.
• Generating new business and further developing existing client sales.
• Dealing with inbound queries from your client-base.
• Working to personal targets and understanding revenue growth targets for clients.

For the Field Sales Manager role, you need:

• Previous experience generating new business and managing relationships.
• Experience within Vehicle Warranties, Car Dealerships or Automotive sales.
• Full clean UK driving licence is required.
