We are looking for a charismatic & experienced Head Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton, Holborn.

The Hoxton, Holborn, is located in a Grade II-listed building that was once the factory of George Kent, a renowned maker of gadgets and instruments. This historic building now houses 230 bedrooms, the Apartment, and our foodie hotspot Rondo, situated in the vibrant Holborn area close to major shopping and entertainment districts.

Rondo is our neighborhood restaurant focusing on seasonal British dishes, unique ingredients, and excellent wines, led by chef Tristan Downes. It offers a welcoming atmosphere that you would wish to have at the end of your street.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the bar team to create a fun and relaxed environment where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves.
2. Be creative and contribute ideas to develop our menu, innovate our bar concept, and stay ahead of trends.
3. Have thorough knowledge of products and systems.
4. Lead by example, uphold service standards, and encourage team growth and development in line with the Hox culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience with strong wine and cocktail knowledge, ready for a step-up.
• A natural people person, confident behind the bar, and excellent with guests.
• Seeking a workplace where authenticity is valued; no clones in suits here.
