The Churchill Bar & Terrace stands out for its seamless blend of classic elegance and modern mixology, set in a beautifully designed Art Deco space. Its uniqueness lies in its bespoke cocktail menus inspired by British heritage, its cigar-friendly outdoor terrace paying tribute to Winston Churchill, and its commitment to exceptional, personalized service that creates a memorable experience for every guest.

Typical Shift Pattern

The bar is predominantly open in the evenings from 5pm to 1am.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Head Bartender role

1. Create and continuously evolve innovative cocktail menus that fuse modern mixology with British heritage.
2. Train, mentor, and develop bartenders to ensure consistency in service, product knowledge, and cocktail execution.
3. Oversee the quality and consistency of all beverages, upholding the highest standards at all times.
4. Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless bar operations, including inventory control and stock management.
5. Keep ahead of industry trends, ingredients, and techniques to introduce fresh concepts and maintain a competitive edge.
6. Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability and reduce waste.
7. Represent the bar at tastings, industry events, and guest experiences where appropriate.
