Company Description

We are looking for charismatic & experienced Head Bartender to be part of our team at The Hoxton, Holborn.

The Hoxton, Holborn is housed in a Grade II-listed building, formerly the factory of George Kent. This historic building now features 230 bedrooms, the Apartment, and our restaurant Rondo, located near major shopping and entertainment districts.

Rondo is our neighborhood restaurant in Holborn, focusing on seasonal British dishes, local ingredients, and great wine, led by chef Tristan Downes.

Job Description

1. Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
2. Develop our menu creatively and stay ahead of trends.
3. Know your products and systems thoroughly.
4. Lead by example, uphold service standards, and support team growth.

Qualifications

1. Previous bartending experience with good wine and cocktail knowledge.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and guest interaction.
3. Desire to work in a supportive, inclusive environment.
