Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced IT/OT Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex technology solutions across OT, enterprise IT, edge and cloud environments. You’ll be the technical authority shaping solution strategy from discovery through implementation, ensuring architectures are secure, resilient, scalable and fit for live industrial operations.

You will run architecture workshops, translate business needs into technical designs and govern data and integration patterns

Qualifications

• Experience designing IT/OT architectures across OT, edge and cloud domains.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and lead workshops.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns and secure-by-design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/OT solution architecture across OT, networking, data and cloud domains.
• Translate requirements into clear technical solutions and drive decision-making with stakeholders.
• Define and govern integration architectures (OPC UA, MQTT, APIs) and data flows.
• Provide architecture assurance and mentor engineers throughout delivery.
