We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Analyst to join our London-based team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to colleagues across our global offices.

About the Role

As an ICT Support Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for all things tech—whether it’s over the phone, via email, or face-to-face. You’ll work closely with our global ICT team to ensure a seamless and professional technology experience for all Brunswick colleagues. This role includes occasional out-of-hours and weekend support, which is fully compensated.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Support: Providing 1st line support for hardware, software, and systems across Windows and macOS platforms.
  • System Administration: Managing O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune environments.
  • Device Management: Supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) and using MDM tools like JAMF.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Service Requests: Handling application installations, hardware setups, and user access requests.
  • Collaboration: Working with global ICT colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in a 1st line ICT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and O365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and JAMF.
  • Basic networking knowledge and experience with MFA.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
  • A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • ITIL knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
