The Opportunity:

What your day might look like:

  • Collaborate with MD on sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams
  • Monitor lead success, conversion, and revenue
  • Own the CRM platform and ensure data accuracy
  • Work across departments to increase revenue and acquire new clients
  • Manage departmental budget and P&L
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Demonstrate business acumen and share knowledge with teams

About you:

  • At least 5 years of senior B2B sales experience, ideally in ERP software
  • Proven leadership and strategic skills
  • Experience managing teams and working with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and data skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills
