Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £26k per annum

Due to growth, we are recruiting a highly experienced, engaging Business Development Representative to lead our development efforts. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future success of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research target accounts to inform outreach messaging and approach
  • Compile prospect lists based on relevant personas and job roles
  • Collaborate with the Intelligence team to provide insights to target accounts/personas
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging from C-level to Manager
  • Develop efficient processes to utilize time effectively and meet weekly KPIs
  • Record all touchpoints to build account knowledge and refine strategies
  • Coordinate handovers to Business Lead before first meetings
  • Provide feedback to refine marketing materials and activities
Key Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or a similar tech environment
  • Proven lead generation and qualification skills through various channels
  • Experience crafting effective cold outreach messages
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for tracking interactions and managing pipelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Data-driven approach to performance assessment and strategy refinement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
