Work Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours/week, 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator on behalf of a global leader in the market of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).

The role involves managing faults related to Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in line with customer contracts within service level agreements. You will develop expertise in customer requirements, support local service teams, and help establish our department within Yunex Traffic with both internal and external customers.

This role includes managing phone calls, faults, appointment bookings for engineers, emails, and queries. It can be busy, so the ability to work as part of a team and independently, along with good organizational skills and prioritization, is essential.

Areas of responsibility and tasks

  • Ensure faults are reported and dispatched appropriately to support operational productivity, paying close attention to contract details.
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle emails professionally and according to contract specifications.
  • Manage engineer faults and workload by booking appointments via the booking system.
  • Take calls from customers and engineers.
  • Assist local field management with contract queries and administrative tasks.

Knowledge & Skills

The key competencies for this role include:

  • Proficiency in PC skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Customer-facing experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and see tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with good initiative.

Required experience

Previous administration and coordination experience is desirable.
