As a leader in the industry, the Company has a proven record of safe, timely, and profitable work in and around Southeast & Mid-Michigan. The Company is currently looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join its team!

The Project Manager/Estimator Position

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including but not limited to, reviewing and submitting competitive bids, coordinating material take-offs, managing project budgets and schedules, RFIs, etc., all the way through to project close-out. This position is responsible for overall project success with support from a financially strong and well-established Company.

The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with job costing, P&L statements, receivables, and cash flow to complete projects on time and under budget. The position also requires providing and accepting feedback, welcoming change, and challenging the status quo.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities of the Project Manager/Estimator

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 5+ years of Construction Project Management and/or Estimating experience is required.
• Advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Foundation Software is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
