Commercial / Residential Valuation Surveyor - (Senior Surveyor, Associate Director, Director level) - Home working.

Hiring in Leeds and surrounding areas.

Latymer Search is pleased to be partnering with an excellent fast growing independent valuation firm. Established four years ago now, they have grown to a team of around 16 full time employed surveyors with an external team of consultants.

Having had quite a few conversations with the owner/Director now, I find him to be very down to earth, forward thinking, likable and well balanced. They and happy to allow people to work with autonomy and providetraining/support where needed and work as a team who support each other - regular company meet ups, including golf days and regular weekly team social calls, I get the impression that they’re a positive and enjoyable group of people to be around.

Offering:

• Basic salary - Open to discussion depending on experience - Up to 75,000per annum, plus car allowance and bonus.

• Lucrative bonus structure - Approx. anything over 200k billed, 25% - over 350k billed 40% - also possibly open to discussion depending on experience and location.

• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

• Car allowance or electric company car option.

• Private Healthcare (single or family)

• Standard state pension.

Additional information:

• Their averagereport turnaround timerequirement are 5-10 days for commercial and 5 days for residential

• Bonus is paid quarterly

• Average fee is approx. £2,000

• 95% of their workload being loan security work, approx. 70% commercial, the rest being HMO's, Redbook valuations and residential.

• They are valuers on approx. 200 bank panels in the UK and growing.

• Each surveyor is responsible for their own diary with a team secretary to assist

• There are no glass ceilings and promotion is based upon their performance and solely their performance

• For Technology and reporting they use the following technology;Kel, Searchland, Salesforce, Property data, Rightmove, CoStar, EIG, ProMap, BCIS, Credisafe, Kamma

• 3-4 jobs per week approx. depending on complexity
