What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and execute a successful sales cycle for assigned accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales/business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Provide exceptional customer care and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Negotiate customer interactions, including pricing and contract terms, as directed by sales leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of market expansion and sales growth
- Experience in the retail, dairy, or consumer packaged goods industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and company products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
