What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and execute a successful sales cycle for assigned accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities and initiate action plans to increase market share
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Provide exceptional customer care and resolve issues transparently
- Foster relationships with customers at various levels and negotiate contract terms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years of sales or account management experience with proven results
- Experience in the retail, dairy, or consumer packaged goods industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and ability to influence customer decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
