An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Business Relations Manager to enhance stakeholder engagement and drive growth for their healthcare services. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships within the healthcare community to increase market share and brand awareness. The successful candidate will leverage analytics to optimize resources and develop a targeted engagement strategy. This role involves supporting the Hospital Director in driving growth and increasing referrals across all payor channels into the Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care as a whole. The focus is on developing and delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and communications.
The Business Relations Manager role is primarily field-based, with accountability for increasing and delivering targeted referrals and revenues by building strong links and effective stakeholder relationships within the healthcare community. You will work within a defined territory to increase Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.
You will organize and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs, and other external stakeholders through various high-quality communication methods, both virtually and face-to-face. Developing an engagement strategy and delivering promotional activities will be key responsibilities.
The role will be supported by analytics and data insights to optimize resource use and develop your portfolio, identifying opportunities for business development aligned with the hospital's strategic plan and targets.
