Job Description

This strategic role involves supporting the Hospital Director to drive growth and increase referrals across all payor channels into Springfield hospital and Ramsay Health Care overall. The focus is on developing and delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

The Business Relations Manager role is primarily field-based, responsible for increasing targeted referrals and revenue by building strong links and effective relationships within the healthcare community. You will operate within a defined territory to enhance Ramsay's market share and brand awareness.

You will organize and facilitate educational events, develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs, and external stakeholders through high-quality communication methods both virtually and face-to-face. The role includes developing an engagement strategy and executing promotional activities.

Utilizing analytics and data insights, you will optimize resource use for both new and existing referrers, identify business development opportunities, and align activities with the hospital's strategic plan and targets.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or a proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tenacity and resilience, with a strong desire to meet targets.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends for scheduled events and hospitality.
  • Full UK driving license.
