Overview

Hours: 20 hours a week with opportunity to work more hours. Availability 8pm until 4am Sun - Sat. Due to shift patterns applicants must be 18+. Passionate about beauty and health? So are we; and during the current climate we want to ensure we continue to offer essential items to our customers. We have adapted some of our stores to offer a "pick from store" and "click and collect" services in key locations to support the increased demand for online orders. This Team Leader role will play a vital part in this new way of working. If you\'re ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, you\'ll have a great time at Superdrug working as a Team Leader. Responsibilities

Your role at Superdrug as a Team Leader will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders and picking them for our customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
