Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an E-store Retail Supervisor in Luton to lead a busy team, ensure stock levels, and process online orders for doorstep delivery. You will also manage in-store customers with high energy and a focus on service and results.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of KPIs, and the ability to help others grow. Piercing services are available as training but not mandatory at start.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the E-store team to keep the store well stocked and replenished.
• Process online orders and pick/pack for delivery.
• Direct the team to achieve KPIs while maintaining health and safety.
• Engage with in-store customers to provide great service.

In our E-store Retail Supervisors, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!

Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.

But that's not all... you'll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you're restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it's all about great service and great vibes.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred


• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service


• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills


• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
