Job summary

Superdrug in Northallerton is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a small team at 195 High Street, North Yorkshire. The role is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts and the opportunity to work more hours.

The pay is £13.50 per hour, with potential for additional shifts and career development within a busy high-street retailer. You will motivate colleagues, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked, help reduce shrinkage and till errors, and support the management

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Willingness to assist with customer service tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
