Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Luton is seeking a part-time supervisor to lead the E-store and in-store teams, driving stock replenishment, online order processing, and top-tier customer service. You will help staff develop skills while maintaining health and safety standards on the shop floor and in the back area.

The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to lead, motivate, and support the team while delivering That Superdrug feeling to customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the E-store and in-store teams to achieve KPIs and maintain health and safety standards.
• Ensure store is well stocked and replenish stock as needed; process online orders and pick/pack for delivery.
• Engage with customers on the shop floor to provide excellent service and a positive shopping experience.

In our E-store Retail Supervisors, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!
Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
But that's not all... you’ll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you’re restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it’s all about great service and great vibes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
