Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a part-time E-store Retail Supervisor in Preston. You will lead the store team on the shop floor and in online order processing, ensuring stock is replenished and customer service remains strong. The role requires energy, leadership and a focus on KPIs.

You will support both in-store and online customers while maintaining health and safety standards and helping the team to grow their skills. Training is provided for piercing services as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a fast-paced retailer.
• Understanding of KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E-store and in-store team to hit KPIs.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and replenished.
• Process online orders and pick/pack for delivery.
• Uphold health and safety standards in-store operations.

In our E-store Retail Supervisors, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!

Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.

But that's not all... you’ll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you’re restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it’s all about great service and great vibes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
