Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Paisley is seeking a part-time supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves supporting the management team, ensuring shelves are stocked and the store looks its best, and driving sales to hit targets.

You will work Sundays 10am-4pm with additional shifts available. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day running of the store, driving sales and delivering customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best while helping reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.

Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours
Shifts: Flexible, Sundays 10am-4pm, Remaining shifts to be mix of weekdays/weekends
Salary: £13.50 per hour
