Job summary

SUPERDRUG is seeking a Supervisory candidate to lead a busy store in Egham, Surrey. You will support the management team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service, helping the team hit targets.

You’ll train and mentor colleagues, develop their skills, and may perform piercing services (training provided). The role offers flexible hours: 16 hours a week with possibility of more hours.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store and drive sales.
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back and helps the team hit targets.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best while reducing shrinkage and till errors.

Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible, Saturday 9am to 6.30p.m, Sunday 10am to 5.15 pm, every 4th Tuesday 6pm to 8 pm

Salary: £13.65 per hour
