E-Rostering Coordinator — Part-Time (30hrs/wk)

Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking an E-Rostering Co-Ordinator (Band 4) to join the Rostering Team in Hereford. The role covers daily, weekly and monthly roster activities to support Nursing and Medical staff, with 30 hours per week and a busy office setting.

You will receive RL Datix Suite training; prior rostering system knowledge and diary management are desirable, along with the ability to work with HR, IT and Finance to optimise rostering processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR systems and procedures acquired through experience or NVQ level 3.
• Experience providing technical information to staff and managers.
• Experience with rostering and electronic staff record systems.

Responsibilities

• To support the utilisation of e-Rostering across the organisation.
• To be the principal contact for the e-Rostering system and run bespoke reporting.
• To monitor utilisation and provide guidance to stakeholders and teams.
• To maintain user guides and SOPs and ensure consistent approach across the Trust.
