END. Clothing is seeking a highly organised E-Commerce Styling Manager to lead the styling function within our fast-paced studio. You will manage the styling team, maintain exceptional styling standards, and ensure on- and off-model content supports commercial performance.

Working with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing and Brand teams, you will translate creative objectives into effective styling strategies that elevate product presentation and customer experience.

Formación

• Significant experience in fashion styling, ideally in e-commerce or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, product presentation, and commercial styling.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing styling teams.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead styling leadership and development for Senior, Midweight, and Junior Stylists.
• Own styling standards across all e-commerce content and brand presentations.
• Oversee daily studio operations, shoot planning, and resource forecasting.
• Drive model casting decisions and maintain internal model resources.
• Collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing, and Brand teams to meet targets.
• Lead regular reviews to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
