Job summary

END. Clothing is seeking a highly organised E-Commerce Styling Manager to lead and develop the Styling function within our fast-paced e-commerce studio in Washington, Tyne & Wear.

You will oversee the styling team, maintain exceptional styling standards, and ensure on-model and off-model content aligns with brand and commercial objectives, working closely with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within fashion styling, ideally in e-commerce, luxury, premium, or lifestyle retail.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, silhouette, product presentation, and commercial styling.
• Broad knowledge across menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the styling team, maintaining high styling standards across on-model and off-model content.
• Oversee styling operations, model planning, workflow, and quality assurance to meet targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate commercial objectives into styling strategies.
• Ensure efficient, consistent content delivery and strong customer experience through styling decisions.
