Role Overview:
The Stylist is responsible for the delivery of high-quality, on-brand styling for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are presented with accuracy, consistency, and visual impact. Working in a fast-paced studio environment, you will collaborate with photographers, creatives, and retouchers to deliver consistent, commercially focused content that supports the customer journey and drives sales.
This role requires an excellent eye for detail and the ability to build trend focused outfits that align to our consumer profiles. Good knowledge of e-commerce styling techniques, processes, and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines while maintaining brand standards.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Create visually impactful, high-quality e-commerce content inline with seasonal trends, updating and maintaing style guides.
- Manage daily shoot schedules, meeting productivity, quality, and cost-per-product targets while ensuring imagery is live within agreed timeframes.
- Prepare and maintain sets, equipment, and product; ensure studio procedures are followed.
- Regularly update seasonal styling kit and conduct trend research.
- Collaborate with photographers, retouchers, and content teams to select the strongest images and deliver assets that meet creative and commercial needs.
- Support idea generation, new techniques, and innovation in styling outputs, contributing to meetings and reviews.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication of shoot progress and asset delivery.
- Mentor and assist other team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across studio functions.
- Maintain an organised and safe studio environment, ensuring efficient close-down, product and kit return.
- Proactively resolve discrepancies, adapt to last-minute briefs, and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Strong technical expertise across garment presentation, product styling, and on-set dressing for e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of fit, fabric, and garment construction, with the ability to make products look their best on and off models.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce or commercial studio.
- Experience with inhouse sample management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet daily shoot targets, and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills with photographers, retouchers, and wider studio teams.
- Knowledge of current styling trends and ability to adapt as required.
- Organised, proactive, and able to troubleshoot technical or workflow issues quickly.
