ASOS is seeking a Styling Manager to lead the Styling team, delivering top-tier ecommerce PDPs, homepage features, campaigns, AMG, AI assets and social visuals for a young audience. You will collaborate with the Styling Lead and senior teams to drive department efficiency and commercially minded, creative execution.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality outputs across shoots, maintaining budgets, and guiding a team of Senior, Midweight and Junior Stylists with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a senior stylist with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns, ecommerce and editorial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day styling team operations and delivery.
• Ensure creative implementation, budget adherence and KPI tracking.
• Lead on shoot preparation, styling decisions and Ai-driven concepts.
• Mentor Senior, Midweight and Junior Stylists to achieve styling targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on future shoot development and direction.
• Manage workshops and training to raise team capabilities.
