Rowen & Wren is expanding its ecommerce team and seeks an E-Commerce Executive to optimise the website. You will manage Shopify products, collections and content, contribute to launches and collaborate with merchandising, creative and operations to enhance the customer journey.

You will work with GA4, SEO and analytics to identify opportunities, improve product discovery and drive commercial performance while delivering accurate content and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, SEO and analytics.
• Technical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Good communication across teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day setup and maintenance of products, collections and content within Shopify.
• Support new product and collection launches, ensuring everything is accurate and ready to go live.
• Coordinate product information and assets with Merchandising, Creative, Operations and other teams.
• Carry out website checks and QA to identify errors, broken links or incorrect information.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Shopify 2.0 functionality.
• Support day-to-day website merchandising, including collections, product ordering, navigation and product presentation.
• Use ecommerce data to understand product and category performance and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and Merchandising team to implement changes and improvements.
• Ensure products are presented consistently and effectively across the website.
• Produce regular ecommerce reports and analysis using Shopify, GA4 and other relevant systems.
• Analyse product, category and website performance, including sales, conversion and customer behaviour.
• Monitor SEO and organic search performance where relevant.
• Identify trends, issues and opportunities and communicate these to the E-Commerce Manager.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for ecommerce and merchandising.
• Take ownership of smaller ecommerce tasks and projects through to completion.
• Work with Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and external developers where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve ecommerce processes and reduce manual work.
