Job summary

Rowen & Wren is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to keep the website performing at its best, from product presentation to the overall customer journey. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to implement improvements across Shopify, merchandising, SEO and analytics.

The role is hands-on, with opportunities to develop across Shopify, content, data and customer experience while contributing to commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ecommerce or online retail.
• Experience with a website or ecommerce platform.
• Technical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proactive problem solving and good cross-team communication.
• Interest in Shopify, websites, SEO and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day setup of products, collections and content in Shopify.
• Support product launches and ensure accuracy before going live.
• Coordinate assets with Merchandising, Creative and Operations teams.
• Perform website QA and fix errors or broken links.
• Produce regular ecommerce reports using Shopify and GA4.
