Job summary

WRM Media Ltd in Wakefield is seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our ecommerce brands. You will oversee ecommerce website management, customer service, digital marketing, social media and affiliate relationships to keep Shopify stores running smoothly.

The role suits a practical, technology‑minded individual who is well organized, able to work independently, and comfortable switching between customer service, site management and marketing

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and basic web management.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Office-based role in Wakefield with UK commute.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of WRM Media's ecommerce websites.
• Maintain and update Shopify stores, including products, content, imagery and website information.
• Deal with customer enquiries and resolve ecommerce-related issues.
• Monitor websites and identify and resolve problems where possible.
• Create and schedule social media content across company brands.
• Assist with the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage relationships and communications with affiliates.
• Make routine updates to website content and promotional material.
• Assist with email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Work with images and basic graphics for websites, social media and marketing.
• Provide general IT support within the office, including diagnosing straightforward computer, software and printer issues.
• Assist with other ecommerce and digital projects as required.
