Job summary

WRM Media is seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage the day-to-day operation of our ecommerce brands, including Shopify stores and content updates and customer service.

This hands-on role covers ecommerce site management, social media, digital campaigns and affiliate relationships; you will work from our Calder Park office in Wakefield, with a practical, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic IT literacy and ability to use computers and online systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer and printer problems.
• Clear written communication when dealing with customers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of WRM Media's ecommerce websites.
• Maintain and update Shopify stores, including products and content.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve ecommerce-related issues.
• Monitor websites and address problems where possible.
• Create and schedule social media content across brands.
• Assist with social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage relationships with affiliates and communications.
• Make routine updates to website content and promotional material.
• Support email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Work with images and basic graphics for web and social content.
• Provide general IT support in the office.
• Assist with other ecommerce and digital projects as required.
