Job summary
ARNE seeks an Ecommerce Content & Merchandising specialist to manage on-site search and visual merchandising across web and mobile apps, driving product positioning aligned with brand guidelines. You will upload content via Shopify CMS, coordinate launches, and work with SEO and content teams to optimise conversion and customer reach.

Qualifications
- 2+ years ecommerce experience, preferably in fashion.
- Experience using a Search and Merch tool automation and rule sets (preferred).
- Experience uploading content across multiple platforms.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Experience using customer journey data tools such as Full Story or Content Square.
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Shopify.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, third-party plugins and CMS systems.
- Ability to analyse and report on site metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, CTR.
Responsibilities
- Own the Search and Visual Merchandising across websites and mobile app, using a mix of manual and AI-driven product positioning.
- Ensure products are merchandised across all collections to maximise sales while maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to align with product focuses and content across web and app.
- Upload and manage website and app content through the Shopify CMS, ensuring landing pages, campaigns, PLP tiles, and brand storytelling across site are implemented accurately.
- Work with content and studio teams to ensure imagery, copy and assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time for launches.
- Collaborate with SEO agency to structure and optimise product/collection pages for Google rankings.
- Provide regular reporting on key product performance metrics and navigation usage with recommendations.
- Complete competitor analysis to improve site functionality and conversion opportunities.
- Support categorisation and product management across websites for optimal discoverability.
- Coordinate bi-weekly product releases with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches.
- Ensure product data upholds ARNE’s brand guidelines and high-quality customer experience.
- Analyse customer journey data to enhance UX and conversion from content, positioning and navigation perspectives.
- Stay informed on Shopify best practices and ecommerce trends to keep ARNE at the forefront.
