Office Angels are seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Sales Administrator to join a dynamic building and construction client in Hawley, Dartford. This onsite role focuses on accurate order processing and smooth online sales operations.

You will manage orders, product listings, and inventory, while supporting the marketing team with reporting. Proficiency in Sage Accounts, CRM systems, and platforms like Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, sales support/administration, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with Sage Accounts (training can be provided) and CRM systems.
• Desirable - Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Process orders accurately and coordinate payment and shipment.
• Maintain product listings and liaise with vendors for data updates.
• Manage inventory records and coordinate with logistics for transfers/returns.
